County, Pennsylvania (the "township"), and any and all persons who shall hereinafter
be hired by the township as a police officer shall reside within the township

of the township.
No police officer of the township shall reside more than ten (10) miles

of the township. Such residency shall be established and maintained as the
legal, full-time and exclusive residence of said police officers.
Any police officer who fails to comply with this Article shall be subject
to immediate discharge and termination from his or her employment with the
township.
