A. Any person who violates §§

The provisions of this article, insofar as they
are the same as those of ordinances and regulations in force immediately
prior to the enactment of this article, are intended as a continuation
of such ordinances and not as new enactments. The provisions of this
article shall not affect any act done or liability incurred, nor shall
they affect any suit or prosecution pending or to be instituted to
enforce any of those repealed ordinances or regulations.
[Adopted 5-7-2012 by Ord. No. 506]
Pursuant to a study conducted by the Borough Engineer, it is

Any person operating a vehicle or combination in violation of
this article is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction,
be sentenced to pay a fine of $150 plus $150 for each 500 pounds,
or part thereof, in excess of 3,000 pounds over 10 tons.
