The Borough of Norristown hereby adopts and endorses the Articles of
Agreement adopted by the Montgomery County Consortium of Communities.
The Mayor and the Borough Administrator of the Borough of Norristown
are hereby authorized to execute the Articles of Agreement of the Montgomery
County Consortium of Communities on behalf of the Borough of Norristown.
The Borough of Norristown shall be an active participant in the Montgomery
County Consortium of Communities, shall pay annual dues as levied and shall
be represented at the Montgomery County Consortium of Communities by the Borough
Administrator or his designated representative at all meetings of the Consortium.
