The P Preservation District is established to
protect unique land areas which are characterized by extreme slope
conditions or locational, dimensional or similar natural or man-made

the health, safety and general welfare of the site occupants and adjoining
landholders and residents.

A. Municipal recreation facilities which are limited
to passive activities such as hiking, nature study and picnicking.
B. Cemeteries for human interment.
C. Raising, boarding, breeding, keeping or permitting
