Those portions of streets in the Borough of Pen Argyl, as hereinafter
described, are hereby named East Mountain Avenue and Wood Avenue North and
Wood Avenue South, and are hereby laid out, opened and ordained to be portions
of the street system of the Borough of Pen Argyl, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
True and correct copies of the metes and bounds description of said streets
are attached hereto and marked as Exhibit A.
