The following portion of Vine Street in the Borough of Pen Argyl is hereby ordained: that part of Vine Street shown on the Official Map of the Borough of Pen Argyl extending south from the intersection of Mountain Avenue to the southerly boundary of the former Lehigh & New England Railroad tract (that being the northern boundary of that portion of Vine Street ordained by Ordinance No. 44 passed by this Council in 1904. Said Vine Street as more particularly hereinafter described is hereby opened and ordained to be a portion of the streets of the Borough of Pen Argyl, Northampton County, Pennsylvania: all that 34-1/2 foot wide roadway having a center line described as follows:
Beginning at the Northerly boundary of Vine Street as ordained by Pen Argyl Ordinance No. 44, location approximately 465 feet from the intersection of Vine Street and ordained Main Street and extending from there a distance 265 feet to the intersection of Mountain Avenue and ordained Vine Street.
