The regulations of the Authority[1] in connection with recycling as may from time to time
be duly amended are incorporated herein by reference and made a part
of this chapter.

Municipal Authority of the City of Sunbury.
The Authority shall be an agent of the City
for the enforcement of this chapter and the regulations of the Authority
thereunder in connection with recycling in the City of Sunbury.

Any person who violates the regulations as provided herein of
the Authority in connection with recycling shall for each offense,
upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs of
prosecution, or 90 days' imprisonment, or both.
