Editor's Note: Section 1 of this ordinance provided as follows: "Ordinances Nos. 1049 and 1074, Sessions of 1983 and 1986, respectively, are hereby repealed, as well as Resolutions of January 2, 1984, and April 14, 1986, all concerning solid waste management in the City of Sunbury." Said Ord. Nos. 1049, adopted 6-13-1983, and 1074, adopted 3-10-1986, comprised former Ch. 169, Waste Management.
The regulations of the Authority[1] in connection with the management of solid waste, as may from time to time be duly amended, are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this chapter.

The Authority shall be an agent of the City for the enforcement of this chapter and the regulations of the Authority in connection with solid waste management in the City of Sunbury.

Any person who violates the regulations of the Authority shall, for each offense, upon summary conviction, pay a fine of not more than $1,000, plus costs of prosecution, or 90 days' imprisonment, or both. Every violator shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day such violation shall continue and shall be subject to the penalty imposed by this section for each and every such separate offense.
