It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any paper, rubbish, leaves or any other waste matter upon any of the streets, alleys or sidewalks in the Borough of Trafford at any time or to burn any waste matter of any kind out of doors, elsewhere than upon a street, alley or sidewalk, except between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and sunset on Saturdays only. Fires must be attended at all times.

Such fires started after 8:00 a.m. shall be put entirely out at sunset by the person starting the same.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof before a District Justice, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, and costs of prosecution, or to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both, for each and every such violation.[1]
