[Former Ch. 48, Police Department, adopted by Ord. No. 76, as amended in its entirety 9-14-1983 by Ord. No. 83, was removed from the Code upon the dissolution of the Warwick Police Department 12-21-2011, effective 11:59 p.m. on 12-31-2011, by Res. No. 12-21-11-04. The resolution also provided for the transfer of police property and equipment to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Commission and for the authorization of the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department to become operational.
