GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 229.
The parking or storing of any trailer, boat, mobile home or camper unit,
not capable of traveling upon the highways under its own power, mechanized
machinery or equipment of any kind, for a period in excess of 48 hours upon
any public highway, street, alley or public property of the Borough of Emsworth,
shall be and the same is hereby forbidden.
Any person, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof by any District Justice or
other court of competent jurisdiction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more
than $600 for each offense, plus costs of prosecution, and, in default of
payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
