The Borough of Emsworth shall enter into a cable system franchise agreement
in the form attached hereto,[1] made part hereof and incorporated herein by this reference as
if it had been set forth verbatim in this section and a copy of which shall
be filed with the minutes of the meeting at which this ordinance is adopted.

Editor's Note: The cable television franchise agreement between
the Borough and TCI of Pennsylvania, Inc., is on file in the Borough offices.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances, resolutions or parts thereof,
permits or licenses inconsistent or in conflict with the provisions of this
ordinance be and the same are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency
or conflict.
The proper officers of the Borough are hereby authorized and directed,
on behalf of the Borough, to sign and execute said cable system franchise
agreement, under the Municipal Seal of the Borough.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately and the incorporated
cable system franchise agreement shall have a same effective date, pending
acceptance by TCI of Pennsylvania, Inc.
