GENERAL REFERENCES
Building construction — See Ch. 228.
Enforcement — See Ch. 277.
All buildings and residences on or near the line of a public or private way within the Town of Plainville shall be numbered by the Board of Assessors.
The owner of the building or residence shall purchase and affix the assigned number to the building, residence or appurtenances.
The affixed number shall be no less than three inches in height so as to be visible from the street or way.
A. 
The general penalty in Chapter 277, Article I, of the Code of the Town of Plainville shall apply to violations of this bylaw.
B. 
Violations of this bylaw may be enforced via the noncriminal disposition provisions set forth in Chapter 277, Article II, of the Code of the Town of Plainville; in which case, the penalty for any such violation shall be $50. The enforcing person(s) shall be the Inspector of Buildings.
