There is hereby appropriated to the Indiana Firemen's Relief Association of Pennsylvania any and all sums of money which may be received from the State Treasurer on account of the 1/2 of the two-percent tax paid upon premiums by foreign fire insurance companies doing business within the Borough of Indiana, according to the provisions of 53 P.S. § 895.701 et seq.

The Treasurer of the Borough of Indiana is hereby authorized to turn over to the Treasurer of the Indiana Firemen's Relief Association of Pennsylvania any voucher, check or sum of money which he has or may hereafter receive from the State Treasurer on account of the 1/2 of the two-percent tax paid upon premiums by foreign fire insurance companies doing business within the Borough of Indiana.
