The Borough of Indiana requests that it be authorized to participate in purchase contracts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Property and Supplies, or any other administrative department authorized to make direct purchases of materials, supplies and equipment, in accordance with the terms of Act No. 31 of July 9, 1971.[1]

The Borough of Indiana agrees that it will be bound by such terms and conditions as the Department of Property and Supplies may prescribe and that it will be responsible for payment directly to the vendor under each purchase contract.
