It shall be unlawful for any person to urinate in public. For the purposes of this chapter, "urination in public" shall include, but not be limited to, urination on streets, sidewalks, yards, porches, any other areas in which the act of urination can be or is viewed by any person, including a police officer.

Any person violating this chapter, shall upon conviction before a Magisterial District Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $300 for the first offense, not less than $300 for the second and subsequent offenses, together with cost of prosecution, and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for not more than 10 days.
