Any person who, in a public or private place, engages in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud, or otherwise disorderly conduct under circumstances in which such conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 290 of the County Code.
Any person who, with intent to annoy another, makes a telephone call, whether or not conversation ensues, shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 290 of the County Code.
Any person who intentionally resists, obstructs, incites or interferes with any police dog while such dog is in pursuit of police duties shall be subject to a forfeiture as provided in Chapter 290 of the County Code.
