Pursuant to § 75.35, Wis. Stats.,
the Price County Clerk is hereby authorized to execute and convey
deeds, land contracts and satisfaction of mortgages under his hand
and the seal of the County of Price.
The County Board of Supervisors of the County
of Price does give authorization to all past conveyances of land deeds,
mortgage satisfactions and land contracts.
