Any person, persons, partnership, corporation, or any other entity who shall be found to have violated the provisions of this Part 3 shall, upon conviction thereof, forfeit and pay the Town Council of the Town of Bethany Beach a fine as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties, for each and every offense. Each day any violation is continued shall be deemed to be a separate and distinct offense.
