Any duly authorized employee or agent of the Town shall have the right of entry onto, upon, over and across private lands for the purpose of inspecting, repairing, servicing and otherwise administering the water and sewer system equipment and other facilities under the jurisdiction of the Town.
Right of entry may be exercised at any reasonable hour of the day or night.

It shall be a violation for any person to interfere with a duly authorized employee or agent of the Town who has entered upon private land for the purposes authorized in § 516-49 of this article. Any person found guilty of a violation of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, pay such fines as set out in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties, and each day said violation continues shall be considered to be a separate and distinct violation.
