Any person while operating a motor vehicle on
any street, road, or highway in the Township who knowingly flees or
attempts to elude any police or law enforcement officer after having
received any signal from such officer to bring the vehicle to a full
stop violates this section and shall be liable, upon conviction, to
the penalty stated in section 3-1.
