This chapter is enacted for the purpose of regulating
the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages in the Township
of Bernards in accordance with the provisions of an act of the Legislature
entitled "An Act Concerning Alcoholic Beverages," being Chapter 436
of the 1933 Laws of New Jersey, its supplements and amendments, and
in accordance with the rules and regulations issued or promulgated
by the State Director of Alcoholic Beverage Control applicable thereto.
