This article is entitled "A Local Law to Construe Terms Used
in the Code of the Village of Monticello, New York."
Unless otherwise defined in any particular local law, ordinance
or resolution, terms used in the Code of the Village of Monticello
shall be construed as they are defined in the General Construction
Law or any other applicable statute of the State of New York.
