[Adopted 11-6-1995 by L.L. No. 4-1995]
Any violation of the Village Code or any code enforceable by
the Building Inspector and/or Village Manager shall be remedied within
three business days after the service of a notice to remedy. Said
notice shall be served by personal delivery to the property owner
or occupant, if at the premises; if not at the premises it may be
mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address
of the property owner as shown on the current assessment roll, and
notice shall be deemed given two days after mailing.
