The Board of Trustees may, by resolution, permit employees who have provided 10 years of continued service to the Village and who are not subject to a collective bargaining agreement, to be reimbursed for their accumulated sick time and vacation time upon severance or resignation on such terms and conditions the Board deems, from time to time, to be appropriate and in the interest of the Village.
