It is hereby declared that the following speeds
shall be adopted for the operation of any motor vehicle along Moorestown-Riverton
Road, County Road 603:
A.
Zone 1: 35 miles per hour between the Borough of Riverton/Cinnaminson
Township corporate line and Devon Road, except for 25 miles per hour
when passing through the Cinnaminson High School and the Westfield
Friends School zones, during recess when the presence of children
is clearly visible from the roadway or while children are going to
or leaving school during opening or closing hours.

It is hereby declared that the following speeds
shall be adopted for the operation of any motor vehicle along Moorestown-Riverton
Road, County Road 603:
A.
Zone 2: 40 miles per hour between Devon Road and Cinnaminson/Moorestown
corporate line.
It is hereby declared to be unlawful for a driver
of any motor vehicle to drive at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour
along the entire length of Branch Pike within the boundaries of the
Township of Cinnaminson.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along Lenola Road is established at 35 miles per hour from U.S. Route
130 to the Cinnaminson-Moorestown corporate line.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along Church Road is established for Zone 1 from U.S. Route 130 to
350 feet east of Dolores Drive at 35 miles per hour; the speed limit
is established for Zone 2 at 40 miles per hour to 285 feet west of
Acadia Drive; the speed limit is established for Zone 3 at 35 miles
per hour to the Cinnaminson Township - Moorestown Township line.

It is hereby declared to be unlawful for a driver
of any motor vehicle to drive at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour
along River Road, also known as "County Road 543," from the vicinity
of Canal Avenue to the vicinity of Read Avenue.

It is hereby declared to be unlawful for a driver
of any motor vehicle to drive at a speed exceeding 45 miles per hour
along River Road, also known as "County Road 543," from the vicinity
of Read Avenue to the boundary line of Cinnaminson Township with Delran
Township.

It is hereby declared to be unlawful for a driver
of any motor vehicle to drive at a speed in excess of 25 miles per
hour when passing through any school zone located along the Moorestown-Riverton
Road, Branch Pike and Church Road, within the Township of Cinnaminson,
during recess or while children are going to or leaving school and
during opening or closing hours.

The speed limit for both directions of traffic
along Taylor's Lane is established at 35 miles per hour from U.S.
Route 130 to River Road.

Any person (as defined in Title 39 of the New
Jersey Revised Statutes) violating the provisions of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than
$50 or imprisonment for a period of not exceeding 15 days, or both.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency;
and this ordinance shall take effect upon its final passage and publication
according to law and upon its approval by the Director of Motor Vehicles
of the State of New Jersey.
