The Branchport Service Park Use District (BSP)
is established to provide for the orderly development of land for
uses related to serving local residents as well as tourists of Keuka
Lake, Branchport and surrounding areas. The following uses are of
a recreational or service type located in an area best suited for
them.
In the Branchport Service Park District, buildings,
improvements or land may be used and buildings and other structures
may be built, altered or erected for any one or more of the following
purposes:
D. Marine and small engine repair.
E. Sales of boats, boat trailers and marine equipment.
F. Sales of docks and hoists.
G. Sales and repair of bait, tackle and related equipment.
J. Single-family dwellings other than mobile homes and
as an accessory use, home occupation.

K. Gift shops, including but not limited to floral, antique
and souvenir.
L. Storage of boats on properly improved surfaces (such
as stone or gravel) outdoors, but not indoors, whether or not for
compensation, provided that (a) for lots having frontage on Keuka
Lake the number of boats stored may not exceed one-third of the number
of boat slips and moorings provided at the same premises and (b) for
lots having no frontage on Keuka Lake the number of boats stored may
not exceed one for every 486 square feet of unimproved land in the
lot. For this purpose the term "unimproved" means not improved by
a building.
