It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motorcycle, snowmobile, car or any other motorized vehicle upon the Village playgrounds or recreation areas, unless authorized in writing by order of the Village Board of Trustees. This prohibition shall not apply to personal assistive mobility devices, such as motorized wheelchairs.
It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or drive a horse upon the Village playgrounds or recreation areas, unless authorized in writing by order of the Village Board of Trustees.

The Village playgrounds and recreation areas will be closed at dusk each night until dawn of the following morning unless authorized otherwise by order of the Village Board of Trustees.

An offense against the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a violation under the Penal Law and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both.
