The ordinances of the Borough of Eddystone of a general and permanent nature adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of Eddystone by Ord. No. 438 on February 17, 1975, as revised, codified and consolidated into chapters, articles and sections by General Code Publishers Corp. as set forth below, and as renumbered to consist of Chapters 1 through 295, together with an Appendix, are hereby approved, adopted, ordained and enacted as the "Code of the Borough of Eddystone," hereafter known and referred to as the "Code."
