[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council of the Borough of

The Firemen's Relief Association of the Borough of Eddystone
is hereby recognized by the Council of the Borough of Eddystone as
the agency for the receiving and distribution of all funds pertaining
to said Association, and the Council of the Borough of Eddystone hereby
agrees to pay over to the Treasurer of the Firemen's Relief Association
of the Borough of Eddystone the money received from the State Treasurer
specifically designated therefor.
