The position of Plumbing Inspector is hereby created.
The Borough Council shall appoint a qualified and competent
plumber as such Inspector at the first meeting in January of each
even-numbered year, to serve for a term of two years.
The Plumbing Inspector shall enforce the provisions of Chapter 222, Plumbing, of the Borough of Eddystone.
The Plumbing Inspector shall receive only such compensation
as determined from time to time by the Borough Council, and he/she
shall not be interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract for
plumbing or drainage in the Borough or in any materials furnished
thereunder during the time he/she holds said office.
