It shall be unlawful for anyone to operate a motorcycle, minibike
or any other type of motor vehicle on the sidewalks, footpaths, parks
or property belonging to anyone other than the operator or driver
of such motor vehicle unless said operation upon the property of another
is with the written permission of said owner.
This chapter shall not apply to the operation of lawn cutting
equipment or snow removal equipment.

Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any of the
provisions of this chapter before any District Justice shall be sentenced
to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 and costs of prosecution and,
in default thereof, to imprisonment in the county jail for a term
not to exceed 30 days.

In the event that anyone is found violating the provisions of §
191-1 of this chapter, the Chief of Police or a police officer may remove said vehicle from the person operating the same and remove it to the Borough Hall, whereupon the operator of said vehicle must pay a storage fee of $50 to obtain the return of said vehicle.
