All procedures regarding the design, development, submittal, review and approval of conventional (or yield) subdivisions in the Town of Buchanan shall be consistent with Article
VII of this chapter, with the following exceptions:
A. The minimum lot size for conventional (or yield) subdivisions
in the Residential Single-Family District (RSF) when served by public
sewer shall be 10,000 square feet.
B. The minimum lot size for conventional (or yield) subdivisions
in the Residential Single-Family District (RSF) when not served by
public sewer shall be 15,000 square feet.
C. There is no minimum open space requirement for conventional
(or yield) subdivisions.
D. Secondary conservation areas need not be protected
or preserved in conventional (or yield) subdivisions.
E. Trails may be required if necessary to connect to
an existing or proposed trail or trail system or protected corridor.
F. All parcels in conventional (or yield) subdivisions
located in areas not served by municipal wastewater treatment systems
may be served by individual on-site wastewater treatment systems or
clustered wastewater treatment systems approved by the Town of Buchanan,
Outagamie County, WDOC and WDNR.
All other requirements included in Article
VII of this chapter, excepting those listed in §
460-30 of this chapter, shall be consistent with Article
III of this chapter.
All other requirements included in Article
VII of this chapter, excepting those listed in §
460-30 of this chapter, shall be consistent with §
460-39 of this chapter.
All other requirements included in Article
VII of this chapter, excepting those listed in §
460-30 of this chapter, shall be consistent with §§
460-41,
460-42 and
460-43 of this chapter.
All other requirements included in Article
VII of this chapter, excepting those listed in §
460-30 of this chapter, shall be consistent with §§
460-44,
460-45 and
460-46 of this chapter.
