The powers of the Flood and Erosion Control Board shall be consistent with those powers that are, or may from time to time be, bestowed on such boards by the Connecticut General Statutes. Consistent with the Ridgefield Town Charter, the membership, composition and procedures of such Board shall be one and the same as the Conservation Commission, it being the intent of this provision to clarify that a member of either entity shall as a matter of law be a member of the other.[1]
