1974 Code]
There shall be no dumping of any filthy, obnoxious
or unsanitary material or refuse upon any public street or public
property other than such place or places as shall be designated by
the Board of Selectmen.

No person shall:
A.
Place or deposit in or upon any street or sidewalk,
or the conveyance along the same, any filth or offensively smelling
substance, causing such street or sidewalk to become unclean or offensive.
B.
Place or deposit in or upon any stone, macadam or
cement road any ashes, dirt, stone, brick or other substances.
C.
Dress or clean any fish, bird, poultry or animal of
any kind in or upon any street or sidewalk.
D.
Place or leave on any sidewalk or highway any animal
or vegetable substance liable to putrefy.
