The City Manager or his or her designated agent
is hereby directed, upon application and payment of a fee established
from time to time by the Department of Building, Zoning and Environmental
Compliance, and approved by resolution of Council, to issue a certificate
of registration to the recipient of a Michigan state boiler installer
license or a Michigan state boiler repairer license.
The recipient of a Michigan state boiler installer
license and/or a Michigan state boiler repairer license shall register
such license or licenses before commencing work within the corporate
limits of the City.
The certificate of registration shall remain
in effect for a period not in excess of one year from the date of
issuance thereof and shall expire on April 15 next succeeding the
date of issuance.
