The Township's Real Estate Tax Collector shall
mail the Township's real estate notices to all affected taxpayers
within 30 days of his/her receipt of the tax duplicates or April 1
of each year, whichever date shall be later. Said real estate tax
notices shall provide that the Township's real estate tax shall be
payable at discount until May 31 of each year and payable at the face
amount of the tax until July 31 of each year, with appropriate interest
and penalty being assessed after July 31 of each year.
