As of the date of the adoption of this Zoning Chapter, the provisions
of the MR Multiple Residence Zone and the PUD Planning Unit Development
Zone, as they exist on the last date prior to repeal, shall remain
applicable to properties listed below so long as the current use continues
or approved plans remain valid:
