A.
A sewer permit will not be issued until the sewer
line passing the applicant's property has been tested and approved.
B.
No person shall uncover, make any connections with
or opening into, use, alter, or disturb any public sewer or appurtenance
thereof without first obtaining a written permit from the Town Clerk.
Forms will be provided at the Town Clerk's office.
C.
An application fee for a permit shall be $15. This
fee will be waived for any applicant who completes a building sewer
connection within six months after public notice that the sewer line
serving the applicant's premises has been tested and approved.
