It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, idle or congregate in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, or other public grounds, public places and public buildings, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other places within the Borough of Ingram.

Any person convicted of violating § 107-1 hereof before a District Justice having jurisdiction over summary offenses shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $300 or confined to the county jail up to 10 days, or both. Any person under the age of 18 years accused of violating § 107-1 hereof shall be taken before the Family Division, Juvenile Court Section, of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, for appropriate action.
