It is permitted in the Borough of Ingram for owners of private property to park or store upon their own property pleasure motor vehicles (motor homes) or pleasure towed vehicles (travel trailers) or boats with trailers, all not exceeding 35 feet in length, if owned by the said property owner. The parking and storage of such vehicles is further subject to the requirements of Chapter 175, Vehicles, Abandoned or Junked. Parking or storing of such vehicles in residential districts is restricted to side yards or rear yards only.
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter will be issued a notice of violation from the Code Enforcement Officer, and, upon failure of the property owner to comply within 15 days of notice, then a citation will be issued by the District Justice thereof. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction before any District Justice, be fined in accordance with the penalties set forth in the Pennsylvania State Motor Vehicle Code.
