It shall be unlawful to keep, harbor, or permit to be kept within the territorial confines of the Borough of Runnemede any livestock such as horses, ponies, donkeys, cattle, sheep, goats, chickens, roosters and pigs.
It shall be unlawful to transport into or bring into the Borough of Runnemede any livestock for the purpose of giving rides upon said livestock.
It shall be unlawful for anyone to permit his or her premises to be utilized for the purpose of giving rides on said livestock.
The provisions of §§ 413-2 and 413-3 of this chapter shall only apply to commercial rides and shall not apply to rides given in connection with a parade or to rides given in connection with a special event sponsored by a religious institution, school, charitable or civic organization. In the event any such rides are given, prior approval must be given in writing by the Chief of Police of the Borough of Runnemede.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of a fine not less than $100 and not exceeding $2,000, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days, or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense.
