No person shall discharge any firearm, pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun, toy cannon, air gun, air pistol, slingshot or any other device or instrument in the nature of a weapon from which may be fired or ejected any bullet, slug, ball, projectile or missile within the City of Hackensack.
No person shall explode any toy pistol, toy cannon, toy cane or toy gun in which explosives are used.
No person shall ignite or cause to explode any fireworks or any other explosive or substance prepared for the purpose of explosion or detonation unless permission is granted by the Fire Department.[1]

No person shall shoot any bow and arrow, which arrow is pointed or metal-tipped, unless designed solely for target use and then to be used only in a safe manner and under the supervision of an instructor.
