The smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes and any other smoking material is prohibited from all buildings owned or operated by the Borough of Newfield.
"No smoking" signs shall be conspicuously posted at all times as to be clearly visible to the public and employees.
An official and/or person found to be in violation of this chapter, after notice and an opportunity to be heard, shall be subject to a penalty as provided in N.J.S.A. 26:3D-62.
