Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-9, the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Harrington Park hereby create the office
of Purchasing Agent to implement those regulations and activities
as provided therein.
The Borough specifically adopts and incorporates
by reference herein all provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-9 and such other
provisions as may be referenced therein.
The governing body shall appoint a designated
purchasing agent with all power and authority as provided for within
the statutes and as necessary to faithfully perform the duties of
purchasing agent.
