Borough of Harrington Park, NJ Article II Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detector Inspections

§ 153-7 Fee for inspection.

The fee for smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector inspections shall be as provided in the Borough Fee Schedule.[1]

§ 153-8 Fee for expedited inspection.

The fee for expedited smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector inspections (less than five business days' notice) shall be as provided in the Borough Fee Schedule.

§ 153-9 Fee for reinspection.

A. The fee for inspection of a single-family home and/or commercial premises for a certificate of continued occupancy shall be paid as per the salary ordinance and fee schedule established by ordinance.

B. The fee for a reinspection shall be as provided in the Borough Fee Schedule.
