A.
The Borough of Trappe and the Borough of Collegeville
jointly operate the Collegeville-Trappe Joint Waterworks; and
B.
The Joint Waterworks Committee desires and intends
to participate in a pension plan for its salaried employees, which
plan was created and is sponsored by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania;
C.
Therefore, be it resolved by the Borough Council of
the Borough of Trappe that participation in and contributions to said
pension plan by the Joint Water Works Committee is hereby authorized
and approved.
