A. 
It shall be the duty of the Zoning Officer to administer and enforce the zoning provisions of this chapter. No building permit shall be issued unless the plans are accompanied by an approved development permit. No development permit shall be issued unless the proposed structure, use, temporary or construction activities are in compliance with this chapter. In cases involving the new use of existing structure, no certificate of occupancy for the new tenant shall be issued until a development permit has been issued.
B. 
It shall be the duty of the Borough Engineer to enforce the provisions of this chapter for subdivision and site plan approval.
