There shall be a Department of Sewers, the head
of which shall be the Clerk of the Sewer Department. There shall be
an Assistant Clerk and such other employees as the Borough deems necessary.
The Department of Sewers shall provide for the
operation, maintenance, repair and monitoring of the Borough's sanitary
sewer systems.
