As used in this article, unless a different
meaning clearly appears from the context, the following words shall
have the meanings indicated:
BUILDING
Any building or structure heretofore or hereafter constructed
and designed or used for dwelling purposes, either temporary or permanent,
or other use or occupancy by persons.
CONNECTION DATE
For any user within 200 feet of the sanitary sewer system,
with an existing home on the initial system, means March 1, 1995 (commencement
of system operation). For any structures receiving a building permit
during the construction of the initial sewer system project, but not
occupied prior to March 1, 1995, means the date of the certificate
of occupancy. Owners of such structures must connect to the sanitary
sewer system as a condition of receiving a certificate of occupancy.
For any new construction within 200 feet of the sanitary sewer system,
means the date of the certificate of occupancy. Owners of such structures
must connect to the system and receipt of a building permit is conditional
upon obtaining a connection permit for connecting to the sanitary
sewer system.
